We have midweek training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm. Tuesdays is a structured intervals session, which could be sprints, speed endurance, hill work or a variety of other things. The main purpose of Tuesday's session is to improve running technique and fitness. Thursday sessions are a run of between five and seven miles, to improve your speed endurance. Each runner can do either as a pace run at their own speed, or as a more social group run.
In winter, the Tuesday and Thursday sessions start from Southcote Park car park, Camberley, GU15 1JP.
In summer, Tuesday intervals training is in Swinley Forest starting from The Look Out centre off Nine Mile Ride in Bracknell, and Thursday runs start from Tomlinscote Sports Centre in Frimley.

We also run as a club on Sundays, when we have a variety of different things going on. Once a month we have a "Run Of The Month" at a one-off location. Also once a month on the last Sunday, we run our 10K Handicap Race - see here for details. On other Sundays, we have a group run from one of several regular locations - Windlesham, Windsor Great Park, Lightwater Country Park, Chobham Common and Frimley Lodge. Sunday group runs are typically around an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half long, normally starting at 9.30. In Winter months, we also take part in the Thames Valley Cross-Country League with eight Sunday races.
