SUMMER Training Details   2010
SUMMER TRAINING starts  Tuesday 27th April 2010 at 7.00pm   Tuesdays  7.00pm The Look Out, Bracknell Plenty of hills and soft terrain, all through Bracknell Forest for interval training/speedwork and faster paced runs Although Tuesday evenings are geared to faster paced work we are keen to point out that the sessions will be tailored to all abilities, no one will get lost or left behind.   Throughout the summer evenings will we conduct the occasional 'handicapped' time trial on 'easy to follow' courses (of anything between 3 -4 miles). Each time trial will be preceded by a decent warm up run. We will publish times and results on our Windle Valley News Updates.  7.00pm starts except for  21st September & 28th September  MAP Thursdays 7.00pm Four rotating venues - for some general/steady paced runs.  The Field of Remembrance, Windlesham - This affords a variety of runs lasting 45 - 60 mins around the lanes and trails of Windlesham. Chobham High Street Car Park - A variety of mainly off road runs including some over parts of the Common lasting about 60 mins. Blacknest Gate, Windsor Park. The 1st hour is free and £1 for each hour thereafter. So make sure you bring along some money for the machine. LAST Sunday of the Month 10.00am WVR 10K Handicap - Sun Pub - Windlesham A 10k course through country lanes Staggered start times depending on ability or fragility, aiming to cross the finish line at 11.00am . If you want to join the club, this is a good place to meet us all. We meet up at 10.00am outside the Sun Pub . Come on a test run, no obligation! MAP
