SATURDAY 6^th SEPTEMBER 2008 at 2.00pm

The race will be run over ten laps, within Lightwater Country Park, The Avenue, Lightwater, Surrey, GU18 5RG.

Teams must consist of ten different people; male, female or mixed (minimum age 16) and no runner may run for more than one team.

Only in extreme circumstances can competitors “run twice”, but before doing so permission must be sought from the race organiser.

Individual numbers must be worn on the front of your vests and will be coded for each lap.

There is an entrance fee of £20 per team and all proceeds will be donated to charity. The total collected will be divided equally between several charities including the winning team’s choice, so please specify the charity of your choice on your entry form.

The victorious team will be presented with a trophy which is to be held for one year.

Team Leaders must report to Race Control by 1.30pm to collect numbers, a baton and declare your team running order. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all your runners are wearing the correctly coded numbers and are ready to run at the appropriate time.

PRIZES A presentation will take place after the event, a separate trophy for all female teams.

RESULTS Will be available on the website.
